I offer a personalised Pilates program to suit you using the Reformer and Tower and other small equipment from a boutique studio in Chislehurst.  Classes are private.

Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is an enhanced walking technique using Nordic poles. It is especially good if you are recovering from injury or are a nervous or unsteady walker. Classes will be available in the autumn of 2021. I also offer private lessons for one or two people.

Healthy Plates

Knowing what to cook to improve or maintain a healthy body is incredibly valuable. I teach you how to cook nutritionally balanced meals and dishes.
