Hi, I'm Sara, The Pilates Lady......Do you want to improve your posture? Strengthen and tone? Welcome, I am glad you are here taking a look at my website. If you have just looked down that list above and recognised something then I can help you. I offer you two unique body conditioning methods Pilates and Nordic Walking. Pilates is a unique way to strengthen and stretch your body. It is also a safe method to rehabilitate your body from injury and to maintain strength and balance during a normal healthy pregnancy. I teach Pilates from my own equipment studio in Chislehurst. Alongside Pilates and complementary to it is Nordic Walking. Nordic Walking is one of the most complete forms of cardiovascular exercise you can do. Outdoors, sociable and fun, Nordic Walking increases your calorie burn and can be enjoyed at many levels. Classes are held weekly in Chislehurst. Separately I also offer specialist Pilates based training for those who have suffered stroke or from Parkinson's. Please phone for more details.
